WHEREAS the mission of the Stockton University Panhellenic Association is to maintain high social and moral standards

 

WHEAREAS prejudice and discrimination do not contribute to creating a perpetual bond of fellowship, developing strong sisterly character, or promoting high standards of conduct

 

WHEREAS its member organizations are bound by the mutual belief in empowering ALL women

 

RESOLVED, the Panhellenic Association of Stockton University has adopted this position statement to provide clarification regarding gender, gender identity, and gender expression of the community’s members, whether collegiate or alumni; and further

 

RESOLVED, any Stockton University student who self-identifies as a woman shall be treated as a woman regardless of any other circumstances and therefore eligible to participate in the membership recruitment process of the Stockton University Panhellenic Association.
